    Cannonau di Sardegna Nepente di Oliena

    Reserve 2015

    Color : Cardinal ruby red, thick with garnet reflections, bright and brilliant.

    Nose: Fresh red fruits, sweet pepper, quince and asphodel, intense and long finish.

    Taste : Intense and full body, good complexity with round and slightly bitter tannins, very persistent .

    To be served with : From salted hams to spicy cheeses, grilled fatty meats and stewed kid.

    Grapes : 100% Cannonau di Sardegna.

    Vinification : Up to 15 days of maceration, evolution in barriques for 12 months and 6 months of aging in the bottle.

    Sapling vineyards: with yields lower than 40 q / ha.

    Alcohol content : 15.50% Vol x 1.5 lt.
