We put a lot of effort into the study of Sardinian wines, their historical and cultural references, the tools used to produce and store them, and how those tools and techniques evolved with time.
There are many things to know, from past and present, and we think is our duty, as much as possible to spread that knowledge both to help researchers and increase the awareness of Sardinian wines.
These pages are intended to collect works and studies and generally further resources made for us or pubblished during conferences we attended.
The work is hard both because there's many old books in need to be digitalized and because is hard to keep up with new discoveries and verify the sources. But we're doing our best.
