Cannonau di Sardegna Nepente di Oliena

Color : Cardinal ruby red, thick with garnet reflections, brilliant and luminous.

Nose: Fresh red fruits, sweet pepper, quince and asphodel, intense and long ending.

Taste : Intense and full body, good complexity with round and slightly bitter tannins, very persistent .

To be served with : From salted hams to spicy cheeses, grilled fatty meats and stewed kid.

Grapes : 100% Cannonau di Sardegna.

Vinification : Up to 15 days of maceration, evolution in barriques for 12 months and 6 months of aging in the bottle.

Training system : Sapling with yields lower than 40 q / ha.

Alcohol content : 15.00% Vol x 0.750 lt.
