IGT Isola dei Nuraghi Rosso Sweet from dried grapes
Color: Ruby red tending to garnet, clear and thick.
Nose: Delicate hints of small autumn fruits and clove calls.
Taste: The good alcohol content well balanced by its tannins is important and broad, sweet but not cloying and very persistent.
To be served with: Meditation wine, excellent with dark chocolates, very seasoned and spicy cheeses but it is also perfect without accompaniment.
Grapes: 100% Cannonau di Sardegna from over vines 40 years.
Training system: Sapling with very low yields from grapes left to pass on the vine.
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol x 0.375 lt.
