 Color: Clean and limpid ruby red.
Nose: Intense and typical, mineral and earthy hints, pomegranate and violets.
Taste: Balanced and warm, with a good glycerine charge to contrast its elegant tannins.
To be served with: Grilled red meats, first courses with game sauces and aged cheeses.
Grapes: 100% Cannonau di Sardegna.
Vinification: Maceration for 10 days in steel, evolution in steel until the following spring  and 10 months of aging in large oak tonneaux.
Training system: Espalier with yields of about 50-60 q / ha.
Alcohol content: 15.0% Vol x 0.750 lt.
