Color: Bright, clear and lively ruby red.
Nose: Strawberries, licis and red berried fruits.
Taste: Elegant and soft tannins, light bitter aftertaste.
To be served with: Delicate first courses, fish appetizers, pizza, or as an aperitif.
Grapes: 100% Cannonau di Sardegna.
Vinification: Harvest before high sugar gradations are reached in order to maintain good acidity and give freshness to the wine, with only 5 days of maceration the result is a softer and ready-to-drink wine.
Training system: Espalier with yields of about 70 q / ha.
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol x 0.750 lt.
