"Cantico"

 IGT Isola dei Nuraghi sweet white wine from dried grapes

 Color: Straw yellow tending towards golden, deep and intense crystalline.
Nose: Hints of figs and almonds, with hints of candied fruit and lavender flowers.
Taste: Broad and caressing on the palate, round and intense, long and balanced, with an aftertaste of bitter almonds in the finish.
Serve with: Almond desserts and semi-mature cheeses.
Blend: 70% Vernaccia and 30% Moscato.
Vinification: After "pinching" and drying on the vine, spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel at low temperatures, and is stopped at a residual sugar content of approximately 60 g/l.
Training system: Espalier with very low yields.
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol x 0.375 lt.
