We decided to ferment and age our Arvesiniadu, a rare grape variety of which only 20 hectares remain in the world, in small 70-liter amphorae.

One test was carried out by having both fermentation and aging in amphora, while the second was carried out by fermenting regularly in steel and then aging in amphora for 140 days.

Both wines have intense yellow floral hints,

they are very structured, with a notable acidic backbone that will allow them great longevity;

great flavor and at the same time elegant and clean in the mouth.

The one fermented in Amphora also presents balsamic notes with light hints of tobacco and spicy fig leaf,

citrus retro-olfactory notes.
