Color: Straw yellow fairly consistent.
Nose: Good intensity, with scents of mature yellow fruits, hay and springtime flowers.
Taste: Wide and important impact, sensible acidity, which balance the huge alcohol-glyceric charge, corrispondence with olfactory recognitions, long and clean ending.
Beste served with: Grilled fish and soft cheeses.

Grape blend: 100% Vermentino di Sardegna.
Wine making: In steel at controlled temperature, with a 12 hours soaking on peels, evolution in steel and bottling in springitme.
Espalier vineyards: With a yield of 60-70 q/ha.
Alcohol content: 13,5% Vol x 0.750 lt.
